Replacement Money Orders
In order to receive a replacement for a money order that is physically in your possession and is damaged or made out incorrectly, please mail the following to us:
- Original Money Order
- Proof of purchase: a) photocopy of purchaser's receipt (2x3 inch stub on the lefthand side of money order), or b) written verification from place of purchase
- Your name, address, city, state, zip, and e-mail address.

Once we receive your original money order from the U.S. Postal Service, we’ll process your claim and send you a replacement.
